Arts Servis is here for everyone who works in the field of arts and culture. We provide consultation, counselling, coaching, mediation and education. We are here to support your growth, creativity, effectiveness and help you navigate the cultural field.
How to proceed?

- We will arrange a meeting, which can take place in person at our office (Prague or Brno) or online. We offer telephone consultations from Monday to Wednesday, always between 10:00 and 16:00, on the following number: 775 745 878.
- We will design a cooperation plan according to your needs.
Nová síť provides consulting and advisory services free of charge (two consultations per year) in its Prague office (Komunardů 28, Prague 7) every Thursday and in its Brno office (Radnická 11, Brno-střed) every Wednesday.
We offer
Consulting, counselling and coaching
Expert consultation focused on project planning, fundraising, strategy and communications. We offer advice on grant funding or marketing and production. We help individuals and teams through coaching that promotes personal growth, effective project management and communication.
Mediation and networking
We provide independent mediation services to help resolve conflicts between partners, institutions and team members. At the same time, we actively connect cultural figures, encourage networking, and establish new local and international collaborations.
Support and programmes for artists and cultural projects
We focus on supporting artists and initiatives through our programmes and projects. We offer mentoring, project assistance and involvement in our networks focused on live arts development and community collaboration.
Education and research
We organize workshops, trainings and educational programs for cultural professionals. We provide a platform for knowledge sharing and conduct research on the development of cultural practice in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Arts advocacy
Thanks to our close contact with the cultural environment, we can react to and comment on upcoming changes, as well as mediate dialogue between the cultural scene and public administration. We work to improve conditions for culture and changes in cultural practice.
Consultants
Adriana Světlíková
Adris provides consultation on grant advice, cultural planning, will deal with you on HR, networking, help with international contacts and provides coaching. She can provide consultations on Thursday in Prague and Wednesday in Brno.
Petr Pola
Petr will discuss grant and subsidy opportunities with you, recommend a suitable partner or place for your project/event and advise you on the concept, dramaturgy, programme. He can provide a consultation on Thursday.
Aneta Hladovcová
Aneta provides consultations on project management, financial planning, and matters related to international networking. She can provide a consultation on Thursday.
Markéta Málková
Markéta specializes mainly in the field of contemporary dance. She can advise you on residencies, cultural event planning, dramaturgy, risk management, well being and grant literacy. She can provide consultation on Wednesday mornings or Thursdays.
Ondřej Wald
Ondřej consults on grant and non-grant fundraising. He provides support to individuals, organizations and specific projects – helping with financial strategy, selecting appropriate funding sources and setting up a sustainable support model. He provides consultations on Thursdays.
Nová síť Consultation and Advice Code of Practice
To ensure a professional and transparent consultation process, we follow the following principles:
Consultation focus
Our consultations are related to the cultural sector, with a particular focus on theatre, dance and independent culture. We consult in the areas of production, funding, grant opportunities, international collaboration and strategic development of organisations and arts projects.
Length and format of consultations
Each consultation lasts 60 minutes and is conducted in person, online or by telephone as individually agreed.
Confidentiality of information
All information shared during consultations is confidential and is not shared further. The exception to this is in cases where there would be a threat to life or other serious danger.
Consultation price
-The first two consultations are provided free of charge.
-Each additional consultation is offered at a subsidized price of 400 CZK/hour (60 minutes).
Responsibility and scope of advice
Our consultations are professional advice but do not replace legal, tax or accounting services. In case of specific needs, we will recommend suitable professionals or organisations.
Support in challenging situations
If necessary, we have a crisis interventionist on our team who can provide basic support in mentally challenging situations or recommend further professional help.
